Rules of procedure

  1. Admission and residence conditions

To be allowed to enter, settle or stay on a campsite, you must be authorized by the manager or his representative. It is the duty of the latter to ensure that the campsite is kept in good order, and that the present rules and regulations are applied.

Staying on the campsite implies acceptance of the provisions of these regulations and a commitment to comply with them. No one may elect domicile there.

  1. Police formalities

Unaccompanied minors will only be admitted with written authorization from their parents. Pursuant to article R. 611-35 of the Code de l’Entrée et du Séjour des Etrangers et du Droit d’Asile, the manager is required to have foreign customers complete and sign an individual police form on arrival. It must include: surname and first names; date and place of birth; nationality; usual place of residence. Children under the age of 15 may appear on one parent’s card.

  1. Installation

The outdoor accommodation and related equipment must be installed on the site indicated in accordance with the instructions given by the manager or his representative.

  1. Reception desk

It is open from 8:30am to 12:00pm and from 2:30pm to 6:00pm. At the reception desk, you’ll find all the information you need about the campground’s services, refreshment facilities, sports facilities, local tourist attractions and other useful addresses. Any complaints can be made directly to the reception desk, or by e-mail or post.

  1. Display

These rules and regulations are posted at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception desk. It is given to every customer who requests it. The prices of the various services are communicated to customers in accordance with the conditions laid down by order of the Minister for Consumer Affairs, and can be consulted at reception.

  1. Departure arrangements

Customers are asked to inform the reception desk of their departure the day before. Guests intending to leave before the reception desk opens must pay for their stay the day before.

  1. Noise and silence

Guests are kindly requested to avoid any noise or discussion that might disturb their neighbors. Sound equipment must be adjusted accordingly. Door and trunk locks should be as discreet as possible. Dogs and other animals must never be left at large. They must not be left on the campsite, even locked up, in the absence of their owners, who are civilly responsible for them. There must be complete silence between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am. During this time, everyone must respect their neighbors’ right to sleep and peace and quiet.

  1. Visitors

After having been authorized by the manager or his representative, visitors may be admitted to the campsite under the responsibility of the campers receiving them. The customer may receive one or more visitors at the reception desk. The campground’s services and facilities are open to visitors. However, use of these facilities may be subject to a fee, which must be posted at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception desk. Visitors’ cars are not allowed on the campsite.

  1. Vehicle traffic and parking

Inside the campsite, vehicles must drive at a limited speed. Traffic is authorized from 7am to 10:30pm. Only vehicles belonging to campers staying at the campsite may be used. Parking is strictly forbidden on pitches usually occupied by accommodation unless a parking space has been provided for this purpose. Parking must not impede traffic flow or prevent the arrival of newcomers.

  1. Maintenance and appearance of installations

Everyone is required to refrain from any action that could damage the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the campsite and its facilities, particularly sanitary facilities. It is forbidden to dispose of wastewater on the ground or in gutters. Customers are responsible for emptying wastewater into the facilities provided. Household waste, garbage of all kinds and paper must be deposited in the garbage cans located in the parking lot before the campsite entrance. Washing is strictly forbidden outside the bins provided for this purpose. Plantings and floral decorations must be respected. It is forbidden to drive nails into trees, cut branches or plant trees. It is not permitted to demarcate the site of an installation by personal means, nor to dig the ground. Any damage to vegetation, fences, grounds or campsite facilities will be paid for by the person responsible. The site used during the stay must be maintained in the same condition as the camper found it on arrival.

  1. Security

A first-aid kit is available at the reception desk.

a) Fire. The use of charcoal barbecues is strictly forbidden within the campsite grounds, as well as in the ramp, on the river bank or on the riverbed. Gas barbecues with lids are permitted, although the campsite management reserves the right to temporarily prohibit their use for good reason. Open fires are strictly forbidden within the campsite grounds, in the ramp, on the river bank or on the riverbed. Stoves must be kept in good working order and not be used in unsafe conditions. In the event of fire, notify management immediately. Fire extinguishers can be used when necessary.

b) Vol. Management is responsible for items deposited at the office and has a general obligation to monitor the campground. Campers are responsible for their own facilities and must report any suspicious persons to the manager. Customers are advised to take the usual precautions to safeguard their equipment.

c) Electricity. It is strictly forbidden to recharge an electric vehicle other than a bicycle at any of the campsite’s electrical outlets for any length of time. Recharging electric vehicles is strictly forbidden for safety reasons. The use of portable air conditioners, electric barbecues, electric planchas and electric hotplates is strictly prohibited.

12. Games

No violent or disruptive games may be played in the vicinity of the facilities. The meeting room cannot be used for lively games. Children must always be supervised by their parents.

  1. Dead garage

Unoccupied equipment may only be left on the site with the agreement of the management, and only in the location indicated. A fee may be charged for this service.

  1. Infringement of internal regulations

In the event of a resident disrupting the stay of other users, or failing to comply with the provisions of these rules and regulations, the manager or his representative may, orally or in writing if he deems it necessary, give formal notice to the resident to cease the disturbance. In the event of serious or repeated breaches of the rules and regulations, and after formal notice to comply, the manager may terminate the contract.
